The FEAM Group is a diversified entertainment collective.
The corporation was founded in 2004 by CEO and music industry
veteran, Flash Rodriguez, but was not registered as a New
York registered Limited Liability Corporation until March 2006.
The FEAM
Group LLC operates
as the managing corporation to its sub-companies; Flash Records, FEAM Group Music
Publishing (BMI), FAM Management and FDI Pictures.
These companies exist under the umbrella structure of The
FEAM Group and are owned and operated by Founder and CEO,
Flash Rodriguez. The FEAM Group LLC privately funded and is
not a publicly traded corporation.
